Cayetano Elected to TRSA Board of Directors

Vicky Cayetano, president of PureStar’s Hawaii region, has been elected to the TRSA Board of Directors. TRSA officially welcomed Cayetano during the Oct. 22 business meeting at its 107th Annual Conference in Alexandria, VA.

PureStar’s Hawaii region brands include United Laundry Services, Hawaiian Linen Supply and Maui Linen Supply. As a co-founder of United Laundry 32 years ago, Cayetano has been instrumental in its growth to serving 55 hotels, 13 hospitals and multiple airline companies today.

A leading businesswoman, community leader and former First Lady of Hawaii, Cayetano is widely recognized for her many accomplishments in entrepreneurship, cultural preservation and promoting better healthcare, especially for the elderly, women and children. Cayetano is past chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and currently serves on the board of the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra and the University of Hawaii Travel Industry Management School Advisory Council.

Cayetano is a longtime member of TRSA and has participated in the organization’s roundtables and conferences for many years. Cayetano’s board tenure will include this first three-year term, with eligibility for election to a second term.
