Diamond Expands West Coast Business

Diamond Chemical Co. Inc., East Rutherford, NJ, recently announced the acquisition of Luseaux Laboratories Inc., a West Coast manufacturer that has specialized in providing institutional cleaning products, detergents and sanitizers for more than 60 years, according to a news release.

The acquisition provides Diamond Chemical with manufacturing and distribution facilities in Kingman, AZ, to better service its West Coast customers and grow its business. Luseaux’s customers will benefit from Diamond’s expanded product offerings and service, the release noted.
