Prudential Aids Competition for New Lab Coat
Prudential Overall Supply recently announced its support for Johnson & Johnson’s QuickFire Lab Coat Design Challenge.
The QuickFire Lab Coat Design Challenge is an opportunity for entrepreneurs and designers to have a chance to win up to $50,000 in grants, mentorship and even the chance for a design to come to life.
Johnson & Johnson Innovation is calling on designers and entrepreneurs to re-think the 125 year-old design of the white lab coat – to transform this traditional garment into a symbol of breakthrough innovation for the 21st century using modern design, textile engineering and wearable technology. Daymond John, a world-renowned entrepreneur and “Shark” on ABC’s four-time Emmy Award winning series, Shark Tank, will judge the competition.
Joining John as judges are experts from science and technology, textile engineering and wearables, as well as a representative of Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC Inc. – the strategic venture capital arm of Johnson & Johnson.
The deadline to apply is Feb. 2. Click here to learn more about the JLABS QuickFire Challenge and submit applications, or follow @JNJInnovation.
Finalists will compete in a Facebook Live event to select the winner of the Challenge this spring.
