Softrol Adds Daniell to Sales Staff

Sherri Daniell recently joined the Softrol sales team as the company’s manager of service and support. The new position will upgrade Softrol’s customer support, according to a news release.

“With continued efforts to improve our customer experience, Softrol Systems has hired an expert, Sherri Daniell,” said Dave Smith, Softrol’s vice president of sales & marketing. “Sherri has a long history of professional after-sales service. As our manager of service and support, she is responsible for Softrol’s CRM-driven support system and our spare parts and RMA department. She will also participate in service resource scheduling. Please help us welcome Sherri to Softrol.”

Laundry operators and managers can meet Daniell and the rest of the Softrol team at the Clean Show in Atlanta this July 30-Aug. 2. The company will be located at booth No. 2128 at the show.
