Textile Services’ COVID Coverage Recognized

TRSA recently received word that the association’s magazine, Textile Services, has received a 2020 MarCom Gold Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (MarCom).

The recognition, the magazine’s eighth consecutive MarCom Award, came in the category of overall excellence for an association magazine. “This year’s award was especially gratifying because it was for our May edition, which was published at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Senior Editor Jack Morgan. “The staff worked extra hard to provide in-depth coverage aimed at helping members focus on recovery.”

The MarCom Association has administered its eponymous awards program since 2004. The association provides judges to review entries and set standards for excellence. These judges are industry professionals who look for companies whose work exceeds a high standard for quality and serves as a benchmark for others to follow.
