Federal Court Upholds NLRB Election Rule

The U.S. Federal District Court in Washington, DC has rejected a challenge to the National Labor Relations Board’s election rule. The challenge was instigated by TRSA and our industry partners in an effort to overturn the NLRB Election Rule, which went into effect on April 14. We are reviewing the 72-page ruling issued on July 29, but at this time we anticipate filing an appeal.
