PureStar Linen Group, Las Vegas, recently purchased United Laundry Services, Honolulu, according to media reports. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vicky Cayetano will remain president and CEO of United Laundry Services, and local management in Hawaii will continue in their current roles, the report said. United Laundry officials said that the partnership with PureStar specifies that United Laundry’s operations in Honolulu and Kona will remain unchanged. Under the deal, Cayetano will join the PureStar board.

PureStar operates 18 commercial laundry facilities in the United States; Cancun, Mexico; and the Bahamas under the brand names Brady Linen, Atlantic City Linen and Royal Hospitality Services. “The combining of PureStar and United Laundry will be mutually beneficial to both partners,” said Eric Brady, co-CEO of PureStar. “PureStar’s goal is to deliver best-in-class laundry services to our customers within each of our markets, and that effort is greatly enhanced with the addition of United Laundry to our group of companies.”
