Service Awards Deadline Pending

Do you have employees who’ve served 25 years or more in the textile services industry? If so, they could qualify for a service award this year from TRSA.

TRSA accepts service award applications year-round at its website. However, if you’d like to have your employee’s name appear in an article in October’s Textile Services that will list 2015 Service Award winners, you need to submit that information to TRSA no later than COB on Friday, Aug. 14. Otherwise, the person’s name will roll over onto a 2016 list of service award winners.

Employees of TRSA member textile service companies qualify for a service award when they reach their 25th year of service to the industry. They will receive a certificate from TRSA, plus recognition in the aforementioned magazine article.

After TRSA recognizes the employee’s 25th year of service, the association will award additional certificates for each five-year increment that the employee achieves beyond the 25th year milestone. In other words, employees are eligible to receive a certificate for their 30th, 35th and 40th anniversaries, etc. Should an employee reach his or her 50th anniversary, they are eligible for a special plaque from TRSA recognizing their half century of service.

Click here to submit your employee’s information to receive a service award. Also, please be aware of the Aug. 14 deadline for inclusion in the 2015 published list of TRSA service award winners. Submit your service award winner today if you haven’t already done so. Give them the recognition they deserve!
