Lindström Acquires the Chinese Operations of Cintas


Lindström Group, Helsinki, a multinational provider of linen, uniform and facility services, recently announced that it has acquired all of Cintas’ operations and personnel in China. The new entity will be the market leader in workwear rental and cleanroom business in China’s fast-growing market. The acquisition also will increase Lindström’s geographical reach in the area and expand its service portfolio to new service lines, according to a news release.

Rentwear to Absorb Sister Company Saniserv


Rentwear Inc., North Canton, OH, recently absorbed its sister company Saniserv Inc., which operated out of the same facility as Rentwear. The transaction took effect on Oct. 1, according to a news release.

Cintas Donates Face Masks and Essential Supplies to Local Schools

The donated items will help the schools’ faculty and staff with COVID-19 protection and containment as they prepare for the school year, according to a news release.
