‘Beyond Excited’ – Three Managers Join Continental

Continental Girbau Inc., Oshkosh, WI, recently announced the appointment of three new management “team members” to its staff, according to a news release.

The new hires include:

Kylie McArthur, Milwaukee, who will oversee national accounts. She will focus on developing and executing strategies for expanding national account revenue, profit and market share goals, the release said. “I am beyond excited to be part of Continental’s close-knit group of employees,” McArthur said. “I look forward to growing the national accounts program into something special.” Joel Jorgensen, vice president of sales, remarked that, “Kylie holds solid experience in national account sales and results. Her skill set will help Continental pursue and grow new market opportunities and business volume.”

Grant Meerdink, Oostburg, WI, will oversee processing and monitoring of all consumer finance transactions and programs with third-party finance sources, distributors, end users and company staff. “I really like Continental’s family atmosphere,” Meerdink said. “Everyone here is very welcoming.” Pam Kuffel, financial services manager, added that, “His attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects makes him a valuable addition to our team.”

Shannon Rose, Appleton, WI, will oversee the technical services support required for the installation and repair of Continental commercial laundry equipment across North America. His daily responsibilities will include providing end user and distributor support, as well as internal management of Continental’s technical support specialists. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Rose also holds a degree in chemistry and an MBA. “I look forward to contributing to the laundry industry; taking the lead on future growth and the development of customer technical support,” Rose said. Dave McAllister, director of services and project management, added that, “We’re fortunate to have Shannon on board. He will be involved in all technical aspects of commercial laundry products and take the lead on future growth and development of our customer-facing support.”
