Faultless Healthcare Linen, an ImageFIRST Company, recently received four awards at the Missouri Water Environment Association (MWEA) Annual Convention. The Annual Convention and Awards Luncheon recognizes top performers with local water districts, engineering excellence, and companies that excel in conservation and pretreatment performance.

Faultless has received MWEA awards for approximately 28 years. The company earned its current awards for its performance at its Kansas City, MO, acute healthcare plant and both of its St. Louis plants. These three locations all received the Gold Award for the calendar year 2020. The gold award is given to those companies in the industrial category that receive a perfect score for their performance in wastewater management, reporting and working collaboratively with their local water district. Other noteworthy recipients were Honeywell, Anheuser Busch and Dr. Pepper.

In addition to the three Gold awards, one of the St. Louis plants also received a Platinum Award, which symbolizes five consecutive years of receiving a Gold Award for perfect performance. The award recipient must be nominated by the water district in which it operates, so the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) of St. Louis, and the Kansas City, MO, Water District nominated Faultless to receive these awards.

“This was a big deal both personally and professionally and our plant ops teams should be very proud of the hard work they do to help us stand out in our communities,” said Mark Spence, president of Faultless. “This is a great example of our purpose … to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, community, customers and their patients!”
