Pellerin Milnor reported that its facilities in Kenner, LA, were in “good shape” in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, which made landfall in Southeast Louisiana on Aug. 29. The company’s factory sustained minor damage, including a few fences knocked down, according to a news release.

Pellerin Milnor initiated its business continuity plan on Aug. 30. The company’s computer systems, email and phone systems have been operational during the storm and continue to operate at this time.

In the release, Pellerin Milnor said that, “While we are still waiting on water and electricity to return to service, we anticipate parts order fulfillment to resume within the next two days. We are actively working with logistics companies to resume shipments of orders. In the meantime, our industry-leading dealer network across North America and the world are in full operation providing technical support and have inventory of spare parts.”
