Industrial Research & Roundtable

What are the top priorities for selecting a uniform contractor for workwear decision makers? This question – and many more – will be answered at the April 21 Virtual Research and Roundtable discussions for the industrial/workwear market sector.

After surveying 1,000 consumers and 200 business-to-business (B-to-B) customers of the linen, uniform and facility services industry, TRSA has shared the results with each market segment via conference sessions and virtual platforms. The April 21 virtual session will complete the fourth segment of presenting market-specific results to the industrial/workwear market.

Logan Murtha from Yes& will partner with industry executive Jay Rasmussen, Rasmussen Consultants, to co-present research findings that will summarize the beliefs and perceptions, as well as demographics and psychographics that make up the personas of decision makers in the industrial/workwear sector of the industry. Other industry-specific research includes the consumer’s perception of uniforms, the benefits of cloth and media usage.

Following the research and Q&A session, a roundtable focusing on industrial market issues will be facilitated by Joseph Ricci, president and CEO; Kevin Schwalb, vice president, government relations; and Ken Koepper, director, membership and industry outreach. This roundtable gives attendees the opportunity to collaborate with peers on topics they are seeing in everyday business.
