Pellerin Milnor Corp. recently announced the retirement of Sam Kielman III, a regional sales manager, after nearly 30 years’ service with the company.

“Sam’s knowledge and experience has been invaluable in the area of sales and strong customer relationships,” said Rick Kelly, vice president of sales and marketing for Pellerin Milnor, Kenner, LA. “We are grateful for his service to Milnor and we wish Sam and his wife Carol all the best in his well-deserved retirement.”

Kielman joined the industry in 1972 after completing a BBA in marketing from Texas A&M University. He served as a production manager for Chalmette Linen, New Orleans; and as assistant production manager for Ineeda Linen, Houston. He also worked on the supplier side as well before joining Milnor, with service as West Coast regional sales manager for Artex International, among other management posts.

Keilman joined Milnor in 1988. During his tenure, he traveled across North, South and Central America, plus the Caribbean, managing several equipment dealers on the two continents, the release said. Keilman said he was thankful “to have had the opportunity of working with some of the best laundry equipment distributors across the Western Hemisphere, while representing a major manufacturer in the laundry industry.”

He added that after joining the Milnor sales team, he never looked back. Keilman now looks forward to returning to the Lone Star State for retirement, where he’ll cheer on the Texas A&M Aggies.
