Westex by Milliken Earns ‘Readers’ Choice Award’

Canadian Occupational Safety magazine recently announced that Westex by Milliken has received a 2018 Readers’ Choice Award from the publication for best protective fabrics, according to a news release.

Nearly 1,200 industry safety officials from across Canada voted in the competition, the release said. Westex by Milliken was among the top three vote getters among 13 companies vying for top honors in the best protective fabrics category.

The Canadian Occupational Safety magazine award was the third such recognition that Westex by Milliken has received in 2018. The other two awards have included a Product of the Year for Safety Equipment and Workwear from Electrical Construction & Maintenance Magazine (EC&M); and a Readers’ Choice Award for arc flash/flame-resistant apparel from Industrial Safety & Hygiene News (ISHN) magazine.
