TRSA is excited to announce two unique customer panels as part of its upcoming 7th Annual Marketing, Sales & Service Summit and the 13th Annual Healthcare Conference being held back to back at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta in November. These panels comprise end-user customers, offering valuable insights and fostering deeper understanding between service providers and their clients.
To ensure we gather as much valuable input as possible, we have extended the deadline to Oct. 18 for the Healthcare Trends Survey. TRSA’s Healthcare Committee built on the success of last year’s initiative by launching an updated Healthcare Trends Survey. This year’s survey is more comprehensive, addressing seven critical trend categories: financial, fleet management, automation and technology, labor market, infection control, certification and sustainability.

Established in 1986, International Infection Prevention Week aims to shine a light on infection prevention and will take place this Oct. 13-19.

This exciting event is returning for the 7th Annual Summit this Nov. 12 in Atlanta. Attendees are encouraged to submit a successful marketing idea their company has implemented.
On Sept. 28, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed into law SB 707, The Responsible Textile Recovery Act of 2024, establishing the first Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program in the U.S. for textiles. TRSA successfully lobbied for an amendment to this legislation that excludes the rental side of the linen, uniform and facility services industry.
TRSA staff, members and guests gathered to celebrate the industry at the 111th Annual Conference and Exchange, held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO, on Sept. 24-26.
The recently completed combination of responses to the TRSA and Textile Services Association (TSA-UK) fire safety surveys will be among plant operations developments at an upcoming TRSA in-person event. This Production Summit and Plant Tours takes place Oct. 15-16 at Newark (NJ/NY) International Airport, with fire safety among the topics discussed the first day.
