Facilitated by TRSA President & CEO Joseph Ricci, participants were invited to engage in one of three sessions, limited to 15 people per session.

U.S. House Passes New PPP Legislation

The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (H.R. 7010) overwhelmingly by a vote of 417-1. The legislation, which was updated late Wednesday, would make a number of changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) as enacted under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

FDA Recognizes Use of Reusable Tablecloths in Updated Checklist

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released today an updated reopening guidance and checklist that includes the mention of reusable tablecloths and napkins. The FDA’s original Reopening Checklist mentioned the use of disposable products only, and specifically noted that cloth tablecloths or napkins were not to be used.
